I am pretty sure an indicator like that would have to be redrawn until an extreme is found almost like zig zag. I have attached the zig zag indicator from MT4, but I recommend finding one that is faster and does its best NOT to redraw. If can change any chart indicator so you can use it with your EA by right clicking on the indicator in the navigator then click modify and change the line of code that says #property indicator_main_window to #property indicator_separate_window then hit compile and you should be good. Also, I would play around with the settings of the zigzag indicator, so it fits better with the RSI indicator.
